Q1: What is Airloons, and where is it based?

Airloons is a brand of AND Enterprise LLC. We're US-based, with our UK entity AND Enterprise LLC Ltd registered in London (VAT No. GB471687360) serving our UK customers. We specialise in compact, purified-helium balloon canisters.

Q2: What sizes does the Airloons Helium Balloon Canister come in?

Three sizes: 30 balloons, 50 balloons, and 70 balloons. The 50 and 70 sizes include a built-in carry handle. All sizes are filled with 99.95% purified helium.

Q3: What's included with my canister?

Each Airloons canister is pre-filled with purified helium and comes with the easy-fill nozzle attached. It's a single-use, disposable canister — balloons and ribbon aren't included, so grab your favourite balloons separately.

Q4: How many balloons can one canister fill?

It depends on the size you choose: the 30-balloon canister inflates up to 30 standard 9-inch latex balloons, the 50-balloon canister up to 50, and the 70-balloon canister up to 70.

Q5: How long will my balloons stay afloat?

Latex balloons typically float for around 8–10 hours. Foil balloons last much longer — usually 2–5 days — so they're a great choice if you need decorations to last beyond a single event.

Q6: Is Airloons helium gas safe to use at home?

Yes, when used as directed for balloon inflation. The canister contains pressurised, non-flammable helium gas — it's for balloon inflation only, should never be inhaled, and should be kept away from children. Store it upright, away from heat and direct sunlight.

Q7: What occasions is Airloons suitable for?

Our canisters are perfect for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, corporate events, and any celebration that calls for floating balloons.

Q8: How can I contact Airloons for support?

Email us any time at info@airloons.com and we'll get back to you — we generally reply within 24 hours.

Q9: How do I inflate balloons with my Airloons canister?

It's a simple 4-step process:

1. Pull off the valve cap on top of your Airloons canister.

2. Screw the easy-fill nozzle onto the valve clockwise until tight.

3. Place the balloon neck over the nozzle tip and press it down firmly.

4. Inflate until the balloon feels firm — don't over-stretch — then release the nozzle and tie off your balloon.

See our How To Use page for a video walkthrough.

Q10: How does UK delivery work?

UK orders are picked, packed, and dispatched from our Bournemouth fulfilment centre and delivered by Yodel or InPost, typically within 3 days. Prices are shown in GBP and, once VAT registration is applied at checkout, include UK VAT (VAT No. GB471687360). Because canisters contain compressed gas, we're unable to use Royal Mail or Post Office for UK delivery — only Yodel and InPost carry this type of item.

Q11: Can I return or cancel my UK order?

Yes. UK customers have a 14-day right to cancel most orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This doesn't apply once a canister has been unsealed or used, unless it's faulty. See our Refund Policy for full details.
