These Terms of Use govern your use of the Website and any purchase you make from us. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Website. Helium balloon canisters sold on this site are intended for balloon inflation only. Deliberate inhalation of helium is dangerous and can be fatal; the product must be kept away from children and used only as directed.
2. Limited licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Website unlawfully, to post or transmit offensive, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts, to interfere with the proper functioning of the Website, or to place an excessive load on its infrastructure.

For customers elsewhere, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
